From the Architectural Control Committee:
Any construction plans or exterior alterations to a property in Arbor Walk Subdivision MUST be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee through Renaissance Property Management, for approval. This includes, but is not limited, swimming pools, driveway extensions, patios, landscaping, etc. The Architectural Control Committee form is located under the "Documents" tab of this website. Please submit a completed Architectural Control Committee form and plans to Renaissance Property Management at susan@renrs.com.
